 Miss Rosa, a popular fixture on PBS KIDS is coming to Minnesota - and you can meet her! You and your kids can enjoy "Story Time with Miss Rosa" at the Saint Paul Public Library or at the Brookdale Public Library on Friday, November 6, 2009. There will be photo opportunities with Miss Rosa as well as literacy activities designed by youth librarians featuring other PBS KIDS characters.
